Education and Support Services

Education and Support is delivered through a global network of partner companies who design, implement and support ECM solutions in a diverse set of business application areas.   The education program addresses the technical knowledge needs of both partner company technical staff and customer (end user) system administration staff.  The program encompasses both resident courses and web-delivered, on-demand courses.  IT Group also supports its customers by delivering regional training courses.

The Education Services Group executes a certification program that recognizes ECM professionals who successfully demonstrate the acquisition of specific technical skills, paired with corresponding practical experience implementing, maintaining and administering ECM solutions.  The program has four primary goals:

• Establish a recognizable credential attesting to the skills and experience of ECM professionals
• Inspire customers and ECM professionals to pursue applicable training opportunities on a continuing basis
• Encourage ECM professionals to develop more complete documentation and understanding of implemented their Content Management solutions
• Establish and support a community of ECM professionals
